How to purchase our products
Three ways:

There are exceptions to the rule but, in general, we only offer the phone/email order option for “Le Sac du Berger” and our own label “Hot Aussie Cold Turkey”.
All you need to do:
- check for availabilities
- order
- give us your credit card details (please no credit card details in an email, call instead)
We can process your credit card payment over the phone through our EFTPOS machine in the shop. You will receive the transaction receipts with your order.
If the merchandise is not available and the order value is higher than $200.00 we ask for a 30% deposit and process the deposit as a down payment.
As soon as we receive the ordered article (s) we call you and ask you again for your credit card details (we do not keep them) to process the amount left to pay.
All prices exclusive freight costs for phone/email orders.
Refund Policy for phone/email orders:
Our commitment is to treat you fairly. We do not refund articles if you have made the wrong choice or if you don’t like it. We offer a swap instead of the same or higher value than the purchase. In this case you will have to pay for return freight.
If something is wrong with the merchandise we would like you to call or email us. In most cases we will want to see the merchandise to evaluate the situation.
