Leather gloves by  Lavabre Cadet available through Naturally Fine

Who is Lavabre Cadet, who is Mary Beyer?

The glove making workshop Lavabre Cadet was founded in 1946 in Millau, France.

Since 2004 it is member of the very prestigious « Grands Ateliers de France » which only the country’s best artisans can enter.

The workshop has been rescued in difficult times by Mary Beyer, the French Ministry of Culture and the City of Paris but first and foremost by individuals believing in Mary's cause.

Lavabre Cadet has been supplying for decades the Haute Couture in France :
Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Swarovski…
…. and the cinema

The Excellence of Lavabre Cadet is recognized world-wide.

Mary Beyer has opened recently her boutique in the world’s first gallery which combines  art and  high crafts: Galérie Montpensier  in the Palais Royal, Paris.

How can you purchase their glorious gloves?

We measure your hands and Mary Beyer's workshop makes them to measure for you. Allow 6 weeks between measuring of your hands and arrival of your gloves.
Count EU 30.-- for insured freight with Colissimo International up to 2 kg.
Price exemples:  Approx. AUD 400.-- for short brown kid leather gloves, approx. AUD 650.-- for long, silk-lined leather gloves.

A demo book with different leather types and colours can be sighted in our shop. A very stylish, rather understated selection. Sophisticated and unique. The leather is unequalled and so is the century-old tradition of French glove making excellence.

And, of course, Madame, Monsieur, Lavabre Cadet / Mary Beyer know how to impress. Just visit their websites and google "Grands Ateliers de France".  Say no more.... Any fashionista's extravaganza is welcome! If it's good enough for Gaultier...
