There is more: We discovered a French business in Australia who produces and imports the most delicious French treats. Not only that, they also make the most incredible Australiana foods. They make perfect souvenirs and they keep!

Rich and scrumptious Belgian waffles, “gaufres de Liège”, cooked on the premises in a Belgian waffle iron by our very own Bruxelles born “Belgian Waffler”  according to his own recipe. Secret, bien sur, et farouchement gardé!  It can’t get more authentic than that...

Other rare sweet treasures: Finest pralines, "chocolats" and truffles, semi-candied cherries in Kirsch and liqueur, nougat, marzipan...On the savoury side: Bautiful rare cheeses: Pure ewe, goat & cow (origin France), gruyère alpage (origin Switzerland), chèvre (Australia)... all full-fat, naturally!!

“Hot Aussie Cold Turkey” infused Balsamic Vinegars, infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Marinades, Confitures and Pastes ~ made in Lesmurdie, Western Australia ~ national award winning. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil we use is a Moore River blend specially made to suit our infusions

Australian made Pumpkin Seed Produce ~ oil, seeds, meal, dukkah ~ all gluten-free and delicious (check out the chocolate coated pumpkin seeds!)

 

We also carry Yallingup biodynamic & wood-fired breads, New Norcia breads and cakes, rare seed and nut oils for cooking or seasoning, organic sunflower seed oil made in AUS and perfect for high temperatures, rare aged Italian balsamics(12 & 20 years old), fig vicotto, olives, verjuice, truffle products, chestnuts, chutneys, glazes...
